Registration Policy
Author registration deadline September 1st, 2024. All papers must have at least one presenting author with a fully paid registration by the 1st of September 2024 to guarantee the paper's inclusion in the proceedings. You can only register to present at most 3 (of your own) papers. Registration cancellation: The cancellation and refund of a registration will not be allowed after payment. Registration fee
All registration prices include lunches, coffee break refreshments, welcome drinks, and conference dinner (only for the regular registrations). All prices are in EURO.
Make sure to register no later than September 1st 2024 to avoid additional administration costs!

Invitation Letter
If you require an invitation letter for Visa purposes, you must request one after you have fully completed and paid for your registration. You will the Download an invitation letter option in your dashboard.
